Fulleren is tucked away in beautiful Alsace, a little sleepy and far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That's exactly why it's the perfect place for our annual offsite. Once a year, we swap Bern station for nature, peace and space to think.
Our team, our culture
We - the zentroom team: Tanja, Thomas, Michael, Urs and Irene - are a self-organized team with different backgrounds. Without hierarchy, but with a lot of trust and responsibility. Our offsite is more than just a meeting: it is a space for exchange, development and visions. We plan, discuss, solve problems and grow together - as people and as an organization.
