Frequently asked questions
You can cancel your meeting room free of charge up to five days in advance. After that, we will charge the full cost. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
We usually send an invoice by email the day after the meeting.
However, if you prefer, you are also welcome to pay by credit card on site.
That's no problem. However, there is a fee of CHF 100 per hour. Please contact us, as you cannot book the room yourself outside of regular opening hours.

If you don’t need our on-site support or presence, the additional fee of CHF 100 per hour does not apply. You and your guests can leave zentroom on your own, and we’ll give you a phone number for emergencies.

We will be happy to welcome your guests, offer them refreshments, and seat them in the lounge or bring them to the meeting room. If you wish, we can also ensure that the applicants do not meet each other.

The meeting rooms for 10 and 20 people can be furnished with concert seating instead of block tables on requestseating. We charge a flat fee of CHF 100 for this.
